Loaf Rock postcard

The view down Upper Street showing how it looked before the last two terraces were built. There are still traces of the shed built against the base of Loaf Rock, and the smallholding's well is in the foundations of Eales Terrace which now stands bottom left, on the edge of the area once known as Little Denny Bottom Meadow.

The small cottage on the far left, of which you can see just one window, was demolished in the 60s due to repeated flooding.
